NOAH'S ARK FOUND IN IRAN
(Archaeologists are 90% sure this is the original ark:have to wait for lab results)

It is quite amazing that whenever any news about any discovery of archaeological finds that have a Biblical base hits the mainstream media...the story is gone within an hour or two!

Texas archaeologists believe they may have located the remains of Noah's Ark in Iran's Elburz mountain range.
"I can't imagine what it could be if it is not the Ark," said Arch Bonnema of the Bible Archaeology Search and Exploration (B.A.S.E) Institute, a Christian archeology organization dedicated to looking for biblical artifacts.

Bonnema and the other B.A.S.E. Institute members hiked for seven hours in the mountains northwest of Tehran, climbing 13,000 feet before making the apparent discovery.
"We got up to this object, nestled in the side of a hill," said Robert Cornuke, a member of the B.A.S.E. Institute. "We found something that has my heart skipping a beat."
At first, they didn't dare to hope it was the biblical boat.
"It wasn't impressive at first," Cornuke said. "Certainly didn't think it to be Noah's Ark. But when we got close, we were amazed. It looked similar to wood."
In addition, some B.A.SE. members say, their discovery didn't look very distinctive.
"It looked like the deck of any boat today," Bonnema said.

Long Search for the Ark
The Bible places the Ark in the mountains of Ararat, a mountain range theologians believe spans hundreds of miles, which the team says is consistent with their find in Iran.
The Bible also describes the Ark's dimensions as being 300 cubits by 50 cubits -- about the size of a small aircraft carrier. The B.A.S.E. Institute's discovery is similar in size and scale.
"It is provocative to think that this could be the lost ark of Noah," Cornuke said.
Throughout history, people have been searching for the Ark to help prove God's existence.
"There's this idea, if we can prove that the Ark existed then we can prove that the story existed, and more importantly, we can prove that God existed," said Bruce Feiler, author of "Where God Was Born."
Previous scholars have searched for the Ark on Mount Ararat in Turkey.

Czar Nicholas, actually, in 1916 sent two expeditions to photograph it on top of Mount Ararat," said Feiler.
One former U.S. president, Feiler said, looked for it in the mountains of Iran.
"There is a story that Jimmy Carter, on his way to visit the Shah of Iran in 1977, purposefully flew over it," he said.

As recently as March, researchers claimed to have satellite photos that proved the presence of Ark remains. The B.A.S.E institute hopes the physical evidence they've brought back from Iran will hold the answer to this enduring mystery.
"People will always be looking for it, always be skeptical, always be excited of the search," Cornuke said. "But I think we found something here that's very notable."

The B.A.S.E. Institute's samples are being examined at labs in Texas and Florida. B.A.S.E officials concede that there would be no way to conclusively prove that their finding is actually Noah's Ark.
So the hunt goes on. The biggest hurdle in identifying Noah's Ark comes down to "gopher wood." The Bible says the Ark was made of gopher wood but no one knows what it is.

CAA learned that a well-known disabled Chinese House church pastor was formally arrested May 26, 2006. Pastor Wang Zaiqing, 43, was accused of illegally printing and distributing Bibles and other Christian literature. On May 26, Pastor Wang's wife, Zhang Hongyan, received a formal arrest warrant which stated Pastor Wang was suspected of "being involved in illegal business practices." He had been printing and distributing Bibles and other Christian literature to fellow believers free of charge to meet the rapid growth of believers. Legal experts say this is the third such case in which the Chinese government used a criminal business related charge against a house church pastor. "It's totally unacceptable for the Chinese authorities to arrest this pious crippled pastor simply for printing Bibles," said Rev. Bob Fu of CAA. Last April, Pastor Wang's house was searched twice and a number of items confiscated, including Christian literature, hymnals, bank cards and an electronic piano. Pastor Wang, crippled since the age of five, became a Christian in 1993 and later became a very well-known house church planter and preacher in several provinces.

Since April 28, Pastor Wang was taken from his home and declared under ‘criminal detention' by the Public Security Bureau (PSB) of Huainan City.

Pray God will move in mercy to bring about the release of this faithful, innocent man. Pray Pastor Wang will lead many to Christ during his imprisonment.

The NAFTA Super Highway

Quietly but systematically, the Bush Administration is advancing the plan to build a huge NAFTA Super Highway, four football-fields-wide, through the heart of the U.S. along Interstate 35, from the Mexican border at Laredo, Tex., to the Canadian border north of Duluth, Minn.

Once complete, the new road will allow containers from the Far East to enter the United States through the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas, bypassing the Longshoreman’s Union in the process. The Mexican trucks, without the involvement of the Teamsters Union, will drive on what will be the nation’s most modern highway straight into the heart of America. The Mexican trucks will cross border in FAST lanes, checked only electronically by the new “SENTRI” system. The first customs stop will be a Mexican customs office in Kansas City, their new Smart Port complex, a facility being built for Mexico at a cost of $3 million to the U.S. taxpayers in Kansas City. As incredible as this plan may seem to some readers, the first Trans-Texas Corridor segment of the NAFTA Super Highway is ready to begin construction next year. Various U.S. government agencies, dozens of state agencies, and scores of private NGOs (non-governmental organizations) have been working behind the scenes to create the NAFTA Super Highway, despite the lack of comment on the plan by President Bush. The American public is largely asleep to this key piece of the coming “North American Union” that government planners in the new trilateral region of United States, Canada and Mexico are about to drive into reality.

I have said before and will say again, THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS NO INTENTION TO SEAL THE BORDERS. Bush plans to erase the borders and create a North American Union. Instead of controlling the borders they want to increase the flow of transportation between Canada, America, and Mexico. Eventually they will bring all of North America under one geo-political/ecomonic unit with NAFTA leading the way. And guess what....this is all being done "under the radar" without any attention from the mainstream media. If you think America will forever keep its national sovereignty, think again. And of course this is all done in the name of the 'Almighty Dollar'. Canada is not exempt from this.

This Super Highway will allow trucks to steam-roll right through the Mexican border and into our American cities without being checked until reaching Kansas City. Is any one else outraged about this? Property will be seized, people will be moved, and homes will be torn down that lie in the already determined path of this highway.

So what's the big deal? Don't think it will stop with just this highway. The free movement of workers from one North American country to the next is the goal under the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (click on the link below). Without any citizenship or legalization the people of Mexico will be able to commute into the US to work while forcing American citizens to take much lower wages to keep up with the competition. This will completely destroy the middle class and could eventually lead to a communist-like government. The final result will be the destuction of the American economy in an effort to level the economic playing field.

There is NOTHING in the fossil record to indicate that the platypus was ever anything other than a platypus. It is not a living ‘transitional’ form. It is a truly unique creature, and one that continues to baffle those who insist on making it fit into an evolutionary tree.

Did God use Evolution?

In order to answer this question, let's compare some basic points between the Evolution model and the Creation model:

Evolution Model

1. The stars evolved and light came from the stars.
2. Galaxies, solar systems, planets, stars, the sun, and the moon all evolved before any biological life began on planet Earth.
3. Earth started out extremely hot on the surface and was probably covered with molten rock.
4. Reptiles evolved first and then mllions of years later reptiles evolved into birds.
5. The enviroment caused different species to arise by means of genetic mutations.
6. Life evolved in water, then moved to land and eventually evolved into apes. These apes evolved into ape-like creatures who evolved into man.

Creation Model

1. God created the light first on day one, separating it from the darkness, and later attached the light to the stars. (Genesis 1: 3-5)
2. God made the land, plants, trees, etc. on day 3 and the sun, moon, etc. on day 4 (Gen. 1:9-19).
3. The Earth started as water. (Genesis 1:2,6,7).
4. Sea life and birds were created on day 5. Reptiles were created on day 6 (Gen. 1:20-25).
5. God created all plant and animal species, independently from one another, according to their kind (Genesis 1:11,12,21,24,25).
6. Man was created from the dust of the ground, in the image of God, and is given dominion over all creation (Genesis 1:26-30).

THE EVOLUTION MODEL AND THE CREATION MODEL ARE NOT COMPATIBLE AND CANNOT BE RECONCILED! THEY ARE COMPLETE OPPOSITES AND CANNOT BOTH BE TRUE AT THE SAME TIME. ONLY ONE CAN BE RIGHT AND THE OTHER WRONG.

Further points to consider:

• Evolution requires billions of years. Each individual day of Creation can either be a) a 24 hour period or b) 1,000 years according to the Bible (Psalms 90:4 and 2 Peter 3:8). Six thousand years is not enough time for evoltuion so why not call it a 24-hour period? Neither would work with evolution.
• Each day must be equal to each other. The phrase "evening and morning" and the word "day" is used consistantly for each day.
• Each case in the Old Testament where the phrase "evening and morning" is used it ALWAYS means a 24-hour day. Why would it be different here?
• There are many words in the Hebrew language to convey a long period of time. If God used evolution why did He use the word "yome" which specifically is a word that means "a day" or to "be hot" (like the heat of the day from sunrise to sunset)? He could have used any other word than a word that means day.
• The Ten Commandments given through Moses were written on tablets of stone on Mount Sinai. God wrote these with His very own finger (Exodus 31:18 ). Right in the middle God Himself wrote, "For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested on the seventh day..." (Exodus 20:11 KJV). And then speaks this again to Moses (Exodus 31:12-17).
• Did God need the rotation of the Earth and its orbit in order to know how long a 24 hour day is? Didn't God know this before He created our solar system and fine tuned it, being Omnipotent and Omniscient?
• Man was created from the dust of the earth. This is scientifically observable in that man turns back into dust when he dies just as the LORD said (Genesis 3: 19). Man can not come from dust if life evolved in water and gradually walked up on land.
• Not one single example exists today that we can physically observe that shows mutations as being benificial to life. All mutations today are either neutral or detrimental to life.

OUR FINAL COMMENTS......

For any one to make the claim that God used evolution not only shows how ignorant they are of the Bible but also shows that they are ignorant about the Theory of Evolution. And, yes, this definitely includes the Roman Catholic Church! (A link to why the Roman Catholic Church is ignorant can be found HERE)

There's only two possiblities to how we got here; either Evolution or Creation. There cannot be a answer that tries to avoid taking a stand by believing both are right . Any answer in-between these two theories is a lazy and ignorant answer.

If you want to believe evolution, that's fine, but please make up your mind. Stop compromising the Word of God and take a stand for TRUTH .......or believe in Evolution and stop thinking that you even have a clue of what the Bible says.
